What AI models are included?
Standard models include GPT-5, GPT-4o, o3, Claude Sonnet, Gemini 2.5 Pro, Gemini Flash, Grok, and Perplexity Sonar. You choose which ones to track within your tier's limit. Enterprise includes all models plus Claude Opus.
Do I need a credit card to start?

What does "unlimited seats" mean?
On Pro, Business, and Enterprise you can invite as many team members as you want at no extra cost. No per-seat pricing.
What's a "category" and what's a "prompt"?
A category is a use case or audience segment you want to track — like "enterprise project management" or "solo founders." A prompt is a specific query we ask AI models on your behalf, like "best project management tool for remote teams." You define both.
How does monitoring work?
On Pro, we automatically re-run your prompts weekly across your selected AI models and alert you when your business's presence changes. Business adds daily monitoring. You see trends over time, not just a snapshot.
